Evidence-Based Storytelling™ (EBS™) — turning scattered career evidence into a documented, verifiable body of authority.
Evidence-Based Storytelling™ (EBS™) was developed to help leaders stop relying on unsubstantiated claims of expertise and instead build a connected portfolio of proof. Over the course of a career, we accumulate presentations, awards, media appearances, client outcomes, research, certifications and speaking engagements — but those artifacts are often scattered across old computers, social platforms and files.
EBS™ gives that scattered evidence structure. It is the framework behind how individual accomplishments become a documented, verifiable body of authority — one that is understandable, discoverable and credible to the people who need to find it.
The Four Stages of EBS™
Evidence
Gather the artifacts: presentations, awards, media appearances, client outcomes, research, certifications, speaking engagements, intellectual property.
Story
Give the evidence context: what happened, why it mattered, what changed, what you contributed.
Authority
Repeated, connected evidence establishes you as a credible source others can rely on.
Recognition
Sustained authority earns third-party validation — badges, rankings, invitations, and industry recognition.
Evidence → Story → Authority → Recognition.
"Your expertise shouldn't remain your industry's best-kept secret."
Why Third-Party Platforms Matter
Third-party platforms like Thinkers360, industry directories, professional associations and media appearances can amplify your evidence and provide additional signals of authority. But they should support the body of work — not replace it. The foundation of EBS™ always remains the underlying evidence itself: the documented, verifiable record of what you have actually done.
Services & Investment
Starting investments vary based on objectives, scope, duration, assessments, customization, and deliverables. A clearly defined scope of work and investment is provided before an engagement begins.
*Engagements of $10,000 and up require a signed engagement agreement and Statement of Work (SOW). An invoice will be issued upon execution of the agreement, with payment tendered via direct deposit or wire transfer according to the agreed payment schedule.
